Hello, I've just started using Linux Mandrake 9.2 two days ago.First i installed it by using a disk partioning,it worked fine. Then yesterday i downloaded the updates and when i rebooted my system, my mouse did not work.So i tried to format the entire disk and install Mandrake 9.2 again, but after inserting the second cd(requires 3cds)it loads for a while and the installation fails.I've tried to install 5-6 times, but didnt work. Can someone please help me?

First, the screen goes black than it says that i can safely reboot my machine, but at the top, it says that 'the installation ended abnormally'.

Perhaps the second CD is dirty or scratched?
You may be able to get more info on errors by watching the installation logs. You can view them on one of the terminals, can't remember which one but you can flick through them with Ctrl & Alt & F1 to F12.
