Wine comes with most distros and you should
be able to find it on one of the
installation CDs. Failing that you can
download the latest version from
www.winehq.com

The easiest way would be to install the RPM from your installation CDs. First find out which CD contains the RPM:
$ mount /mnt/cdrom
$ find /mnt/cdrom -name "wine*.rpm"
If it's not on that CD
$ eject
and then repeat the steps above until you find it. You can then install it with:
$ su
Enter root's password, this logs you on as root.
# rpm -ivh /mnt/cdrom/path/to/wine-1.2.3.rpm
That should get you going....

You shouldn't have to issue a umount command before eject as it will unmount the CD for you before opening the tray.
