Comment:

I want to install the driver for my WLAN card that features a ADM8211 chip. I downloaded the driver "ADM8211_src_104.tar.gz" from the ADMtek homepage, unzipped it, and tried to "make" it. However, the "make" process ceased after a bunch of warning messages and the error:

make: *** [adm8201.c] Error 1

Does anyone know what I can do about it?

Reply:

fix the errors

you probably just need to change something like you linux src directory in the makefile

otherwise look at adm8201.c, and see if you can correct the lines that the errors are on
