OK,.
I found out that I have to use an older kernel in order to get my NIC card to work,.
Now I have to get some thing like kernel version 2.2.15 ( I have already ) and compile it, ( Did it ) is there an easy way to compile the kernel,. because I use the "make" command and it gives me a huge list to go through and I really dont know what how to answer it correctly,.
Now I ran the make fine no problem,. when I give the "make bzImage" what dir should I be in excatly,. and where should the file bzImage be after is done,.
I think I should be in /usr/src/ or something like that,..
can someone help me out,.. I'm be at this for about two weeks without any progress,..
Thankz

What card is it? Strange that it only works with older kernels.
btw. when compiling the kernel source you should be in the directory /usr/src/linux where linux is a link to linux-2.2.19 or whatever. The rest is in the kernel-HOWTO like DMR said.
