I want to know how register my site in Yahoo.com or google.com

well, i'm not exactly sure this is the best place for this post, but then...i don't think any of the forums here are suitable to your needs :)

as for submitting your site to google...
go to http://www.google.com/addurl.html

not sure how yahoo does it.
