i need drivers for Conexant soft56K

I have Linux Slackware ver 8.0 and kernel ver 2.4.5.I have a CONEXANT 56KSoft modem and i need drivers for installing it.Any suggestions that can help me ..please don't hesitate to send them because now i'm really in trouble!!!thanks...

take a look at www.olitec.com I found there a good working driver for this modem for the 2.2.17 kernel; they are working at a driver for 2.4

I have conexant 56k Modem, but its drivers not work in Windows XP, I have tried a lot, but Windows XP dont activates the Conexant modem. Please Send me conexant soft56K drivers for Windows XP, Thanks.
