I can't lock screen on RHEL AS 4

i'm using HHEL AS 2 GUI. when i go away from my PC, i hi "Action" and then "lock screen" but it doens't work for me.
Also xlock command doesn't work for me. BTW, i'm using RHEL 4. Also i can't get anything when i right-lick on Lock screen button into the "Action" tab.
