Hello

I didn't set up my hostname correctly. and boot can't continue it stops at "starting httpd".

I login in single and "sbin/chkconfig --del httpd". Boot continues but instead gives me login GUI it turns to black screen.

I don't know what is going on?

try CRT-ALT-F2 to get to a virtual console. Otherwise you may need to get in with a rescue disk and shut off the web server and what ever else is causing the problem.
