Kinda new to linux and having a great deal of problem with mounting CDROM as a shared device. Can someone help me on this? How do you do this? By the way I want to access this CDROM from AIX4.3.3 server.

Thanks

the easiest way might be samba
mount the cdrom and add it as a share in your smb.conf

if u use unix-like clients only using nfs might be even easier; just put the cdroms mount point in /etc/exports

man samba
man smb.conf
man nfs
man exports
