How to overburn CD-RW

I expect to burn them on CD-RW. However my CD-RW can hold only 650MB. It is possible to over-burn them on my CD-RW. If possible please advise the cdrecord command line to be used with relevant options up.

You can overburn CDRWs but it can sometimes cause problems trying to blank them again....besides a 50Mb overburn may not be realistic. Have you not any 700Mb CDRWs? I am unsure about redhat but you may even be able to install from the ISO images without having to burn them (mount lookback etc).
