you need to buy the installer named YAST/
it is not downloadable.

Have you read the installation guide on their website? You can get to it from http://www.suse.de/en/private/download/suse_linux/index.html

Not sure about "paying for YAST" as it comes with SuSE anyway (together with YAST2 these days). You shouldn't need to download it separately, but if you do want to you CAN download it, eg from here: ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/current/yast2-2.7.30-38.i586.rpm
