How to install modem drivers in redhat?

hi i just installed redhat 7.2 it couldn't find my modem (aztech msp 3880w 56k) so i downloaded drivers for that from aztech.com but now i have problem is how to install drivers in linux? in windows i go to device manager and update drivers or add new hardware but i dont have any knowledge with linux
You must have unpacked the files but did you follow the instructions that came with them? Look in the directory where the files you mention are located and see if there isn't a "Readme" file there as well. Follow the instructions. If you still have problems after doing that, post what you have done so far.
