why such an old version? are you familiar with "google"? if so, try "linux install tutorial" also google: "linux multiboot windows" no waiting.

what! how do you know its an old version when theres no such thing as linux 7.2? The latest stable version of linux is 2.6.7 and you can get it from kernel.org I have no idea what this guy is talking about, but its probably a 7.2 version of a distro. This is such a silly post. There are 10 kinds of people, those who count in binary and those who don't.

based on noobiness, I assumed Redhat 7.2. since waqqas does not appear to have any Linux experience, I would strongly advise he not start with kernel.org i think chracterizing it as "poor" is poor; he is clearly trying to figure out how to install linux and dual boot Windoze. Hopefully, this will demonstrate to him the value of google rather than waiting for admonitions (mine included)
