I had win98 and mandrake 8.0 linux installed. I had it working OK, windows was on C: and I had fat32 for windows on D: also had E: and F: for linux.
Now windows is giving me trouble, exe files for some progs are not working. So I am trying to start over, deleted E: and F: and enlarged D: to take up the unused space. To my surprise, the bootloader is still there even though I have formatted C: and D:
Any ideas how to get rid of this bootloader?

the command is

fdisk /mbr

do it a few times... if it doesnt work you cam use "DEBUG" to erase your hd...

here is how you do it... (I'm not responsable if you lose any data!!! this process will erase everythig on your hd!!!)

go to:
