How to enable Upper & lower keys...

Hi every body, i have Dual boot with WinXP and RedHat 9 , having 2.4Ghz processor.My first question is"How i can enable upper arrow and lower arrow keys to repeat the last commands entered,as iam working in KSH shell and When i press lower or upper keys to repeat last command entered,it displays ^A] ^B]like characters.But both keys are working fine in repeating last commands entered in BASH shell". My second question is "How i can see & access my WINDOWS files from LINUX partition as iam having dual boot with both OS". Your help is highly appreciable plz answer both question really help me out.

Hi Sunil !
In Ksh try out Ctrl P to get the history commands you have entered in reverse order. I don't know if up and down arrow keys can be set to work as they are working in Bash.

Thanks mukesh, but i had tried with Ctrl P , nothing has happend only ^P is appering on screen.
