How to Enable Lock Screen

Hi All,
I've the system with RedHat Enterprise Linux 3.0. I want to lock the screen, when i leave the system temporary. In Panel main menu, I clicked "Lock Screen", but its is not bring up any popup screen.
And one more query, I enabled ScreenSaver with password, screen saver was working, but its not asking password, when I disturb the PC.

Thanks a lot. xlock working fine.
But I've a doubt, why that lock screen button is not working. I'm using Redhat Enterprise Linux 3.0, "Lock Screen" is available in main menu. When I click "Lock Screen", nothing is poped up.

Perhaps it is trying to run the wrong command (or the right command with the wrong path). Does the command xlock work now? Check its path with "which xlock", right-click on the lock button and check the settings.
