You have got to http://bytesex.org/saa7134/ and get the patch for the kernel specified and also the device driver saa7134-0.1.10 from the listing.

follow the instruction given in the read me.

also check the kernel version that you have it should be 2.4.18 or 2.4.19. if not get this frist and compile it with the patch.

after u have done this then email me I have solve the problem of ADCOM TV Tuner card. the patch for this i will send to u i email.
