Hi all, have a problem and hope someone would be able to help me slove it, i'm currently using windows me, windows Nt 4 and Suse Linux 6.2 on my current system, but however whenever i boot up linux, i would get a boot virus detected msg.
Can any one out there tell me how i can remove this virus ? i had my linux lilo installed in the boot sector of the root partition and not the master boot record and thats why , windows me and windows nt are not affected it seems, am i correct to say this ? cause by far only linux seems to be affected by the boot virus.
Would someone kindly advice me on how to solve this problem ? thanks

listen to antonis!! lilo sort of uses a "known virus sequence" in order to trick winblowz. it's not a virus.... it just acts like one! peace. =NilLojiX
