How do you change the time on a Red Hat 6.2 Machine????

I need to change the time on my Linux Box. I can't seem to find the command to do this. Any help would be appreciated!!!!

man date

it's like:

date MMDDhhmmYYYY

You need to be root to change the system
time, however. Better yet, change it in the
BIOS.
