If you have an "HSF" modem. Go here.

http://www.conexant.com/customer/md_driverassistance.html

Complete instructions here.(In PDF format)
http://www.conexant.com/customer/files/gendriv_inst.pdf

If you have an "HCF" modem there are beta
drivers "around" that might work.
But you'll need to determine what you have.
The above url also has "listmodem" which
after downloading and installing, should be
able to tell you.
