I have Linux Mandrake 9.1 on 3 CDs, which installs fine. Can I change this into a single, bootable DVD (Prefereably using ahead nero in Windows). Any suggesttions gratefully recieved!

Haven't tried it myself but I know that SuSE
produce a DVD install disc, perhaps you can
have a look at that. You may also want to
have a look at projects like "linux from
scratch" which can help you to produce your
own distro.

I haven't tryed this but it may be worth a shot.
1. Copy all three cds into a folder on your hard drive.
2. Download BBIE from here to extract the boot info from the first cd.
3. Launch Nero and close the wizard if it opens.
4. In the New compilation window select CD-ROM (Boot).
5. Tick where is says Image file and browse to the file you created with BBIE.
6. Cross your fingers lol and burn the dvd.
Hope this works/helps,
Sandman
