Files with the.exe extension are Windows or
DOS executable programs and will not
natively work in Linux.

As indicated by RTAdams89, you can try using
WINE. If the .exe will run in DOS, you can
try DOSbox. If neither of these work, you
can try Cross Over Office which is a
proprietary (not Open Source) offering.

WINE and DOSbox should be available with
most distributions. If you have to resort to
using Cross Over Office, you can Google for
that or 'codeweavers' (don't have the link
since I do not use any Windows programs in
Linux here).
