OK! heres whats happening, i have ran a CS(counter-strike) server on this box before, thats was the steam 1.6 version, and people could connect.

Now I can only connect through lan, and the server does not show up on the internet server list. I have forwarded all the ports, this didn't work. so i placed the server in DMZ (i dont care about the security issue). still the same problem... Why can't i see the server from the internet?

Log as follows:
Red Hat Linux release 9 (Shrike)
Kernel 2.4.20-31.9 on an i686
[root@localhost root]# cd /usr/steam/test
[root@localhost test]# ./hlds_run -game cstrike -heapsize 400000 -secure -port
27016 +ip 192.168.0.1 +maxplayers 10 +map de_dust -autoupdate

Did anything change between the times you could and couldn't connect?
