help me with linux and 98se

im trying to install linux on my second partition.. the problem is i have 98se installed on it right now.. its a 2 gb partition, i dont know how to install a linux and at the same time delete windows, in order to have enough space for linux.. help me please :)

1. Create a linux boot disk. 2. Reboot with the linux boot disk in your floppy drive. 3. Linux will format your hard drive and erase Windows 98SE.
I want to go back to Windows98SE but don't know how. Can someone help me?

Have you got yourself a distro yet? Is it on a bootable CD or DVD? Have you got a CD burner and a fast internet connection?

i have no cd.. i have a burner and a fast internet connection i already downloaded an iso of linux.. do i just put it on a cd and boot up with it?

No. - I would've said yes but since you don't seem to know very much at all I strongly suggest that you go to the website of the distro you've downloaded the installation iso for and read their installation instructions through and through. There will be no second chances if you accidentally format the wrong partition.
