Whenever Mandrake 9.2 starts up it gives me the optiong to choose to boot from my different users. Whenever i try to boot into the one i want it just turns blank flickers a litte bit then goes back to the login screed. I now for sure the password is correct because when i choose to use default instead of KDE i login and the password works. What should i do?
Thank You,

Maybe you didn't install any of the other desktops / window-managers you are trying to boot into?
Maybe Mandrake screwed up the login manager? Mandrake is awful buggy at times. Try adding those other environments from within KDE with the graphical login manager.

Speaking of buggy, I think my eyes are such because I totally misunderstood.
So, let's see if I understood this time. You can't boot into KDE, right?
Two questions:
1. Where you login
Is it a graphical interface, or just a command line terminal? That is, you see a line that reads ==> login:
2. If a graphical login, is it KDM -- the KDE login manager? You should see a visual clock.
3. What desktop or graphical environment does "Default" start -- or does it simply log you into the system itself.
Sorry about the Nazi interrogation. But, your original question was a little vague, and I'm trying to narrow down the exact problem.
