Hello,
I am able to send mails through my exchange server to the outside world, but Iam not able to receive mails from my mail server located at my ISP through my exchange server.

Hello,

are you running a firewall?.you need to have port 110 opened on your firewall if you have one.

my exchange backup is ever increasing previously there was no size limit for mailbox but now i have set it 15mb each user
and archived all users mails to local folder
still i am facing the same problem the backup size goese on increasing
