Help! Grub password forgotten

Can I modify the grub password if I login with root password? or how can I read the encrypted password?

Hi there,
this is not much of a help, but you can use lilo
instead, then you don't have to know your grub
password anymore.
Otherwise look up the /boot/grub/menu.lst
file. They say, the password is located there
(uncrypted). Good luck,
