I doubt it will work although I have heard of people getting winmodems to function under linux.

I've found a driver!
Conexant HCF
I'm downloading it now.
I got it on
http://www.mbsi.ca/cnxtlindrv/hcf/
I don't think it could hurt anything.

The modem driver is working properly.
I still can't connect to MSN though.
