Hi, My computer is a Hewlett Packard Vectra VL series 4, I'm trying to add a second monitor so my linux box to have a dual monitor. My problem is whenever the second video card (a cirrus logic 5664 with 1mb) is inside the PCI slot it takes over the computers video so the video comes from that video card, not from the video card that was already inside the pc (an S3 Trio 32/64 with 2 mb), this is a hardware problem but haven't found a solution, by the S3 Trio vid card is part of the motherboard, its not a vid card that is inserted in a PCI or ISA slot, what I want to know is how do I make the pc boot from the S3 trio card instead of the cirrus logic vid card. Help me out people, thanks.
