Hello hope someone can help:-) When I go to shutdown I use the halt command, It use to work good but now during the unmounting it stops at a message INIT: no more processes left in this runlevel. So I press Ctrl-Alt-Del and then get INIT: switching to runlevel:6 . that is as far as I can go then all I know to do is turn my PC off. When I boot back up I get a message /dev/hda1 was not cleanly un mounted, check forced. My PC must do this every time takes a wile and not good I'm sure please help.Thx Robby PS I'm sure I mucked something up it seemed to do this after I used webmin for startup and shutdown opptions although the only thing I altered was the startup programs and seince then I have tried to get things back the way they where:-)
