Hi everyone
i have winxp prof i install fedora core6 using system commander after the install when i select linux OS its going to GRUB prompt how to configure GRUB.

grub> root (hd0,0)
(Maybe you have to change this, depending on what's your boot drive and partition)

grub> setup (hd0) (Installs Grub into the Master Boot Record)

grub> boot (starts the Linux System)

Now you can use YAST to correct the Grub settings permanently.

This is the way, SuSE Linux works.
Should also work on Fedora.

i use grub> setup (hd0)
i was able to make changes in grub.conf i was not able to save the settings.

i fixed it
i edit /boot/grub/grub.conf
and add this i can see xp and linux

title Windows
rootnoverify (hd0,0)
chainloader +1
