Grub Error / MBR Corrubted

The MBR on my computer seems to be corrupted. I don't get the OS loader screen anymore. WinXP is the default choice, and it boots after the normal wait of 10 seconds. If I use the arrow keys to move the selection to Linux, it won't boot and throws me into the grub prompt.
How can I reinstall grub or rebuild the MBR? I don't have any Windows or Linux recovery disks?

Do you not have the original redhat installation CDs? You should be able to boot into rescue mode and restore your boot loader form there. Otherwise download something like knoppix (CD) or Tom's root/boot disk (floppy) and use those. Boot with one, mount your root partition, chroot to where you mounted that partition and then run "grub-install /dev/hda".
