OS: Gentoo 1.6.5
CPU/Ram: 776MHZ/128MB
Comment:

I have fixed my GRUB error of
GRUB GRUB GRUB GRUB GRUB GRUB GRUB

But now what happens is that the system loads GRUB nicely but when I choose Gentoo this is what I get

Booting 'Gentoo 1.6.15 R1"

root(hd0,0)
FileSystem=ext2fs

Reboot
Then again
Reboot

My Drive Layout is
/dev/hda1 = Boot
/dev/hda2 = Swap
/dev/hda3 = Root

What is your config of grub.conf / menu.lst for your
Gentoo section of GRUB?

grub.conf

default=0
timeout=30
splashimage=(hd0,0)/grub/splash.xpm.tgz
title=Gentoo Linux 1.6.5 R1
root(hd0,0)
kernel=/kernel-1.6.5-gentoo-r1 root=/dev/hda3

menu.lst
Not sure because I was not instructed during install of Gentoo to do anything with it.

menu.lst is just a symlink to grub.conf and yours doesn't look quite right - the '='s should be spaces and 'root(hd0,0)' should be 'root (hd0,0)'.

Apart from the last '=' (in the kernel command line) of course!

...though grub didn't seem to care about the syntax before so maybe it's a bad kernel.
