My Home folder is getting filled with .log and .xac files from GNUCash. How can I tell the program to save them in a folder that I can create, like GNUCash and keep these files out of my Home folder?

Thanks Jam for the link. I've been there before and did not have any luck finding exactly what I'd like to do. On some other sites I did find which files were safe to remove, but nothing in reference to what I would like to do. Although this link did give me the email address of the authors, so I will send off an email and ask them direct. Thanks again.
