I've got a SuSE Linux 9 PC with GDM as the login manager. I would like to be able to login using the login service that is apparently provided by GDM from my Windows 2000-based laptop.
What Windows client software and Linux server software do I need to use for this? Can I log in remotely and still keep using the console session on the Linux PC (like I can under Microsoft Terminal Services)?
Have tried VNC but found it annoying - I'd sooner be able to start a session remotely as I am familiar with MS Terminal Services.
