I have create ftp user account, but this account is able go to upper directory up to root. I have set the home dir for this user to be "/home/www/user-directory".
How can I make this user only see his directory?

Use pureFTP it has the capability to create a jailed ftp account see more here:

Use proftpd. It make chroot for user. Very useful.
