Hi, I've a restaurant and I'm looking for a software to manage it. The program should be available for Linux and easy to use.

"Linux and easy to use."
Not usually the way linux works.
A bit more info about what it would need to do would help. Pretty sure linux can't cook an egg.
"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

Are you looking for something to manage the restaurant finances? Or something along the lines of calender/scheduling and things like that?

I'm happy to tell you that you can do this very easily. Just search google or your favorite search engine for 'Linux Point of Sale' or 'Linux Restaurant Software' and you'll find what you're looking for immediately.
