I'm getting a lot of lag when I try to play flash games and it's getting really annoying... is there a plug in or something that I can do to keep the games from lagging?

P.S. My CPU usage is 100% when I'm playing the flash games. (something wrong there???)

You have too little memory would be my guess.
Even a lightweight window manager would suffer on 384Mb.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, are in my top 10

Still kind of iffy. Could look at services. Stop all un-needed ones.

Could be you need to give some memory to the video. Any number of video settings.

Might have to use process tools in command line to see. See things like ps and proc and such.
