Does anyone know what file type is igz. I believe it is an image type from a floppy for example. The Ultimate Boot CD uses them and I can't find anywhere how or what creates these file types.

I am modifying the UBCD for my purposes and am wondering if I can use .img file type instead.

Also looking how I can take two floppies and make them one image. Any ideas?

Thank you.

What are you modifying on the ubcd? Have you
read their FAQ? It also covers combining two
floppies too.

The igz files are simply gzipped img files.
