i wrote a program in visual basic 6.0 and i prepared a cd
for the program. when i run it on win 98 /95 it works
well, but when i run it on win 2000 professional it does
not work. the problem being when i try to read a file
from floppy(dos 6.2 formatted)for the first time, it
says file not found(file is present) but for the second
time it reads it properly. we have two systems running
2000 professional on one system this problem is coming on
the oter system program is running fine.i think this may
be the problem of settings. please help me out to solve
this problem........

I think you are in the wrong forum! This
is a Linux related matter, not Win2000...
Please look at the header before posting.
