My company decided to change the file server to a linux based server. So I'm completely new with it, well i still know something about it as a beginner.
I would be grateful if someone is generous enough to teach me how to install and set the network configuration to allow other department people to access thier own folder based on thier username and password.
Other Info:
Suse Linux 10.1
384MB RAM
3COM PCI Network Card
160GB P8 7200 RPM (IDE) (Decide primary partition 50GB 2nd partition 100GB)
Other window based computer(window 95,98,ME,NT and xp) read and write files at file serverMy Request:

Should not your Employer be paying you to go on a Training Course ?? It is such a big subject area !!

My Company is on budget, plus also they are allocating money for a big project now.
