Comment:

My company decided to change the file server to a linux based server. So I'm completely new with it, well i still know something about it as a beginner.

I would be grateful if someone is generous enough to teach me how to install and set the network configuration to allow other department people to access thier own folder based on thier username and password.

Other Info:
Suse Linux 10.1
384MB RAM
3COM PCI Network Card
160GB P8 7200 RPM (IDE) (Decide primary partition 50GB 2nd partition 100GB)
Other window based computer(window 95,98,ME,NT and xp) read and write files at file server

My Request:
I would prefer a simple step to step guide or website guide(sorry to request something more)
I possible can teach me till the end.

Thank you very much.

You have to read things by yourself.

Take a look at the Novell Documentation:

Or read this:

Please send a reply, if you solved the problem !!!

You sure have a lot of reading to do.
