CPU/Ram: 133 32mb

i've got a win98 (fat32) slackware 10 system and i've got a big problem i accidently deleted over 100mb of emails (on the fat32 drive) that are vital how can i recover them from linux?

boot cd has a program for outlook mail
recovery. Also has a windows autorun side
for execution from a windows environment.
Don't defrag.
