When Ever i try to Run Add/Remove software in Fedora it gives me the following Error

Unable to retrieve software info
*cant find a valid baseurl for repo:core

Are you connected thru a proxy? If you are,
try this in the terminal as root:
# export http_proxy=http://<ip-address>:<port>
# yum update
