Ethernet Card Not Initialized

Hi, I need your help on my network setting.
When I try to configure my network setting using KDE Network Configurator, there's an error saying The Ethernet Card could not be initialized. Previously my network is OK. But somehow, when i restart my server my network is not working.
So I open the network configurator and try to add the Intel EthernetExpress Pro 100 once again after removing it, still I get the same message - could not be initialized. Please help. Thanks.

No output, just error that my network is not detected. By the way, I'm using compaq proliant ML370 server. I try to compile my red hat once again, still I get the same thing. It seems like my eth0 is M.I.A...

You might have to pass on IRQ etc when loading the module, although I wouldn't have thought so on an ML370. Are you lodaing a module or do you have support for your card in your kernel?
