i have just recently installed Mandrake Linux 9.0 Beta, everything works fine Except the sound im using AC 97 On-Board sound and i was told if i recompilied the Kernel i would get sound, but while im recompiling the kernel i get Error 2 at the end, i have looked everywhere to find out what ERROR 2 means but with no avail, anyone have any ideas as to what it means and how i resolve the problem thanks.
