Well, i really need some help from you...
I have a moto razr2 V8 with MobiLinux OS 4.1
I can, likely, log to the system files, however, some system files, such as fonts, are read only system file, how to edit them? or even replace some of these files??

Note: I can use my command prompt & operate with Linux commands...

You had better use forums that relate more exactly to that OS and the phone.

A simple answer would be to mount it read write. Because it is a phone there are a lot of other issues.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, are in my top 10
