I need to dual boot them.
here's the info of my partitions:(1)FAT32 [pri 1](active)(C:)
(2)Linux Ext2[pri 2](*:/boot)
(3)ExtendedX[ext](pri)(*:)
(4)Linux Ext2[log-1](*:/)
(5)Linux Swap[log-2](*:SWAPSPACE2)when I use boot magic configuration. the c: is automatically selected for me, and in the boot magic menu, I can choose windows, and load windows properly, but I don't know which partition I should choose to boot for linux. (which of the 2-5). I tried 2 and 4, and for those two, boot magic says it is loading "linux" but it doesn't actually load linux. for no 3, the whole bootmagic doesn't respond, and I had to restart my computer. what should I do to change the setting of the partitions, or what should I do?
I now have boot magic installed and lilo installed, but now lilo doesn't run after I installed boot magic. I don't really mind if it doesn't work. but I have to dual boot the OSs with boot magic now.

Why don't you just use Linux to create your partition and format for Linux? Let the os do the work, no need to use pmagic.

From what I see, you want to have bootmagic boot linux from *:/boot
I prefer System Commander myself.

how to give mount point setting.
which type of boot i use
* main boot
* text boot
thanking you,
