I just installed Linux on my computer. Linux is the only on OS on the computer right now. Is it possible to add a second hard drive with Windows on it and Dual boot that?

dont even need another hd use the one you got

Risky but use a program like partition magic to resize your linux partition to make room for a windows parttion format the windows partiton and make it active (make sure you create the rescue disk when prompted installing partiton magic) reboot install windows in the fat32 partition use the rescue disk to make the linux partition active add the windows partition to you lillo or grub tables (boot loaders included with linux)
