Hi! Greg First you install the windows. Then either you can make about 2GB of your disk as Non-dos partitions and then you can install linux, or you can edit your partition of you hard disk in the disk druid utility in the installation program of the linux. If you install windows over the linux, the LILO which will be in the MBR will be over written by the windows.
All the best.

hi , does lilo give any problems with hdd more than 8GB . I usually find it is more easier to put windows first and then put linux . if u are using win98 u can use bootmagic to dual boot win & linux. bootmagic (limited edition) comes free with many linux install. If win2000 , u can modify the boot.ini to include linux.

Forget lilo, use grub. Check out http://www.gnu.org/software/grub/ . It has no limitations like lilo and is more graphical.
