dual boot w/ inux red hat and win2k

i need a step by step instructions on dual booting linux and win 2k.
i want to use a 2 hdd setup. win 2k is on a ntsf format(don't know if that will effect any thing) and i don't want to share files between eachother.
i want to use the lilo boot manager.
hope i am not to demanding on my specs, but please help if you are feeling like helping.
